It's a fresh start. A new beginning. A chance to reinvent myself. Hopefully this time around, I will like what I see looking back at me a little bit more. My laptop should be coming in soon, which is exciting. I start my first college class in a week and a half. Again, exciting. I've signed up for my senior trip officially, EXCITING. And my best friend and I are single together for once, and on the prowl for this summer. Super exciting. Not to mention that my family is doing great right now, and I have the best possible job I could ask for. I'm so beyond grateful for the life I've been given, I do not deserve it at all.
My Grandfather isn't doing well though. My mom says that he's been in much more pain the past few days which makes me think that his cancer must be progressing. And all I can do is pray that he doesn't suffer for long, and ask you to do the same. He is the father I never had, and the greatest person I know. I love that man far more than he understands. I'm really worried about him. So, that's there...
I'm going to be competing in the Semi-Finals of the OKCity Star in the next couple of weeks. I got through the first two rounds, and now I'm 1 of 40. Hopefully, I'll be 1 of 10 in the finals. You guys should suggest songs for me to sing. I've got to get a list going. I need inspirational songs that they will know and that show off the range of my voice... Ready, Set, THINK! (;
I've so missed blogging. I haven't blogged since I broke up with Logan. Wow...
Maybe that's why I couldn't remember my login. You may have wondered why I got a new blog.
Well there you have it; I'm happy though. I needed a fresh start.
